Section 2.1General Policy
Important: All sales of herbal medicines and health products are considered final once the order has been dispatched. Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Awami Laboratories. We do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind.

May Be Eligible
- Received the wrong product (different from order)
- Product was damaged or broken upon delivery — with photo evidence of transit damage
- Product received was expired at the time of delivery
Not Eligible
- Products opened, used, or tampered with
- Dissatisfaction with taste, smell, texture (natural variations)
- Improper storage by customer
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery
- Purchased from third-party sellers or retailers
